Alex is a third-generation CPA, with a lifelong interest and appreciation for the accounting profession. Since graduating with his master’s degree in taxation from Brigham Young University, Alex has worked for some of the largest and some of the smallest accounting firms in the world. The clients he has served come in all shapes and sizes across a variety of industries.

As a former adjunct professor, Alex’s approach to client service often includes tailored instruction and education to help individuals better understand the tax code, and how they can work within its bounds to meet their personal and business goals. And while Alex has a wealth of experience preparing tax returns, the greatest value he delivers to clients often comes in the form of tax planning and consulting, especially for privately-held businesses and their owners.
 
Outside of work, Alex and his wife Lyndsey enjoy a life chock-full of home projects, serving in their church, and growing together with their three young children.
